Computer center of Bhavnagar University was established in 1990 and since then it has served as the central computing facility to the university.

The center provides computing services to the University administrationfor its accounting, salary, cash counter, income tax, results processing for examinations etc. applications and handles network administration.
The center is equipped with IBM servers, Intel Xeon servers and a number of desktop computers running software like various Operating Systems from MS-Windows family (Servers & desktops), Linux, RDBMS, etc..
The Center is equipped with 25 computers including servers, 2 line printers, 2 laser printers and 1 scanner. |
